Overview¶
Zora tracks what is in your warehouse, who it belongs to, and where it is going. You run receiving, picking, packing, and shipping from one place — on a desktop at the office or a phone on the floor.

What you can do¶
Run the warehouse floor¶
Receive shipments against a receiving order, scan stock into locations, pick and pack customer orders, and print the shipping labels. Every movement is recorded, so you can always answer "where did this go?"
Cycle counting and inventory adjustments let you correct the numbers when the shelf and the screen disagree, with a reason code on every change.
Track stock down to the individual item¶

Work across several warehouses¶
Each warehouse has its own stock, locations, and staging areas. You pick which one you are working in from the header, and the platform remembers your choice. Managers with access to more than one can switch without logging out.
Work from a phone¶
The mobile app runs in your phone's browser — nothing to install from an app store. It uses the camera to scan barcodes, and the screens are built for one thumb and a pair of gloves. Pages you've already opened stay readable in a dead spot, though you need a signal to record anything.
Control who sees what¶
Roles decide which parts of the platform someone can open, down to the individual action. You can also limit a user to a single customer's stock, which is how most 3PLs give their customers a login without showing them each other's inventory.
Serve your customers directly¶
Customers can sign in to submit delivery requests, propose new products for your approval, and see their own stock, without calling your office.
Bill for the work¶
Rate cards, storage charges, and billing events turn warehouse activity into invoices. Invoices can be pushed to QuickBooks Desktop.
See how the operation is running¶
The dashboard shows today's activity, low stock, and items expiring soon. Reports cover inventory, receiving, shipping, and billing, and each one exports to CSV or Excel.
