What Doesn't Work Offline

Real-time inventory - can't see current stock levels ❌ New data - can't load new orders/products ❌ Validation - some checks delayed until online ❌ Reports - no real-time reporting

Using Offline Mode

  1. App automatically detects offline status
  2. Offline indicator shows in top bar
  3. Continue working - data queues for sync
  4. Auto-sync when connection restored
  5. Review sync queue - see pending operations

Offline Best Practices

  • Pre-load data before going offline (open pages you'll need)
  • Minimize complexity - stick to basic workflows
  • Return to WiFi regularly to sync
