No installation is required. Access the mobile app through your phone's web browser and optionally add it to your home screen for quick access.
Does the mobile app work offline?¶
Yes, the mobile app saves your work when you lose connection and automatically syncs when you're back online.
What devices are supported?¶
The mobile app works on:
- iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) with Safari
- Android phones and tablets with Chrome
- Any modern smartphone or tablet
Barcode Scanning¶
What barcode formats are supported?¶
The platform supports:
- Code 128
- Code 39
- EAN-13
- UPC
- QR codes
My barcode won't scan, what should I do?¶
Try these solutions:
- Ensure good lighting
- Hold the device steady
- Clean the barcode label
- Manually enter the number below the barcode
Can I use a dedicated barcode scanner?¶
Yes, you can use handheld barcode scanners that connect via Bluetooth or USB.
Inventory Management¶
How often is inventory updated?¶
Inventory is updated in real-time as transactions occur (receiving, picking, adjustments).
Can I track inventory across multiple warehouses?¶
Yes, the platform supports multi-warehouse inventory tracking with the Global Warehouse Context feature.
How do I perform a cycle count?¶
Navigate to Inventory → Cycle Count, scan the location, and count each product. The system will calculate any variances.
Orders¶
How do I create a new order?¶
Go to Orders → New Order, select products, enter quantities, and confirm.
Can I modify an order after creation?¶
Yes, orders can be modified before they enter the picking stage.
How do I track order status?¶
View real-time order status on the Orders page. Status updates include: Created, Picking, Staged, Shipped, Delivered.
Receiving¶
What is an ASN?¶
Advanced Shipping Notice - an electronic notification about an upcoming shipment. It helps prepare for receiving.
Do I need an ASN to receive inventory?¶
No, you can create receiving orders manually or receive unexpected shipments.
How do I receive serial-tracked products?¶
Scan each serial number individually during the receiving process. The system validates against expected serial numbers.
Technical Issues¶
The site is loading slowly¶
Try these steps:
- Check your internet connection
- Close unused browser tabs
- Clear browser cache
- Try a different browser
- Contact support if issue persists
I can't log in¶
Check that:
- Email and password are correct (passwords are case-sensitive)
- Caps Lock is not enabled
- You're using a supported browser
- Contact your administrator to reset your password
I see an error message¶
- Note the error message text
- Take a screenshot if possible
- Contact support with the error details
- Include what you were doing when the error occurred
Data & Security¶
How is my data protected?¶
All data is:

Can I export my data?¶

Who can see my data?¶
Only users in your organization with appropriate permissions can access your data. Each customer has a completely isolated database.
